Are We In Control Of Our Business?


Hi Team,
I am Ashok Arumugham and would like to share what my friend Sherif Fetian a sucessful network marketer has to  say about doing things differently. 

How do we explain when things don’t go as we assume ..!
Or better..
How we explain when others are able to achieve and defy all the assumptions ..!
For example;
Why Apple succeeded  ?!
year after year after year they are more successful in all the competitions!
Its just a computer company !
They are like anyone else …
they have the same talent,
the same access,
the same agencies,
the same media!
Why do they seem like they have something different ?!
Why does Martin Luther King lead us to the right movements ?!
He wasn’t the only man who suffered in this industry ..!
And certainly he wasn’t the greatest author in the beginning ..!
Why..!
There’s something other than qualifications, funds, talent..!
Something else plays here..!
I decided to make a discovery ..
That discovery changed my view on how i thought the world works
and it changed the way i perceive it ..
Lets begin ..
As it turns out all the great inspiring leaders and organization in the world like Martin Luther King, Right Brothers etc.
They all think, act and, communicate the  same exact way and its completely opposite to everyone else.
Did you hear about the Golden Circle before?!
This little idea consists of three major components:
What, How, Why..
This idea explains why some leaders and organizations are able to inspire the whole world.
Let me define the terms very quickly..
Every single person or organization on the planet knows “What” they do 100%..
Some know “How” they do it ..
A few of them know “Why” they do it!
And by “Why” i don’t mean you make a profit ..!
That’s A result ..
by why i mean what’s your purpose, your cause, your belief!
Why all these organizations exist?!
Why you get up in the morning for them everyday?!
As a result the way we think, the way we act, the way we communicate is from the outside, in, in the Golden Circle (What,How,Why).
But the inspiring leaders communicate from the inside out, the Golden circle ..(Why, How, What).
let me give an example..
If we consider Apple like anyone else .. The marketing message might sound like this.
we make Apple computers uniquely designed, simply to use and user friendly.
wanna buy one??!!
90% wont..
This is how most of us communicate ..
We say what we do..
and how we do it differently..
Then we expect some sort of behavior or approach..!
It sounds good but uninspiring ..
This is how Apple communicate ..
As i mentioned above inside out the Golden Circle ..
For example;
“Everything we do, we BELIEVE that we are doing it differently; making our computers easy to use and beautifully designed.”
Wanna buy one?!!
Totally different RIGHT..?!
It proves to us that people don’t buy WHAT we do .. people buy WHY we do it.
